Narelle did my facial and while she couldn’t do a traditional massage as I’m pregnant, the head, neck, foot and hand massage that she did while my facial was happening was incredible. Possibly the best one I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended her specifically to at least 5 people. I left feeling absolutely amazing and I’ll definitely be back. Such a great experience.

Nice day spa, lovely staff and a great selection of services. The lounge/waiting area is such a nice space. Just something to note: Saturday mornings can be a bit loud because of the live music nearby at the Rozelle markets. It’s not too bad, and certainly not the fault of Endota, but if you’re after a more quiet environment it might be worth booking at a different time. Thanks to the team for your lovely service.

Uplifting therapy 😍 A friend of mine got me a gift voucher for the Surrender Package (75min facial + massage). Relaxing ambiance as soon as I walked in: Daniel, the manager, was friendly, helpful and fun to talk to 😊 Thank you. I arrived 15 min earlier, so I was waiting in the lounge where they offer tea and water. Laura Castro, my therapist, did a fantastic job: professional consultation at the beginning, tackling all the problematic areas during the treatment, great techniques, perfect massage pressure, and tailored feedback with proposed products to use. She loves & knows what she’s doing and she does it really well 👍🏼👌🏼 THANK YOU 😊 After the treatment, they sent me a report via email detailing my skin hydration levels and everything we discussed. I’m definitely coming back and I think I’ll become a regular 😍😊

From the moment I entered the spa, I was greeted by a lovely lady who provided exceptional customer service. My therapist Laura was extremely knowledgeable and she knew exactly what I needed in order to address some of my skin concerns coupled with a targeted massage that relieved stress/tension. The treatment experience was outstanding and my skin looked "alive" and much more healthier. I purchased 2 x products that Laura used as could immediately see the benefits of each. Thanks Laura and Endota Rozelle team for an amazing treatment

I arrived early but was only asked to fill out info right when my massage started, which took 10 minutes. I then got taken into a room where I was asked the same questions, which took 5 minutes. The massage was average. It was supposed to go for an hour but they accounted the admin time into the massage, so I only got 45 minutes in the end. Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the Endota spa Rozelle. I had a customised facial. The massage for the feet, head and hands, was unexpected and very much enjoyed. I loved the smell of the spa and products, so soothing and put right into relaxation zone. The therapist listened to all my concerns and addressed every single one of them. I was very impressed with the products and thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

I would not recommend this spa. I recently did a 2 hour treatment. I felt rush before I even got there. Calling me asking where I was after 1min past my arrival time. (I was walking up the stairs) Then right throughout my treatment there was outside noise from the staff working there. (Loud) I had to get the therapist to stop and tell them to keep it down. This happened not once but throughout the whole treatment. It’s hard to have a relaxing treatment when this is happening. I have let the spa know but their reply back. Very non committal and I got told.. it’s just how it is… my therapist was good but she wasn’t from that spa. Next I would go Martin Place

Great massage however paid for 90 mins, ended up with 70 mins max after all the intermediary steps, also didn’t love the commentary on my pregnant body (“oh for so late you’re carrying really high… is the baby engaged?”… strange comment to make). Also Didn’t really appreciate the product upsell at the end of a >$200 service… Such a shame as the massage itself was good. For a spa, it’s all the other things that matter.
